This was at my parents house for Rylie's birthday party.

Aunt Desirae dressed Aiden in a princess shirt.......I'm sure he'll love that one when he gets older.

I love Rylie's faces she makes!

Sarah is in the pink coat. This was at the jamboree for the kick off to the baseball season. The teams were introduced by name and they got to run the bases.

It was freezing that day, I made Sarah take her coat off to take this picture. That is why she doesn't look very comfortable.

This is David and Dave, he is coaching David's team. They also ran the bases.

This was David's idea if hanging his clothes. I asked him to put his clothes away and to hang all the hangable stuff up. About two seconds later he came down and told me he was done. He said he had a good way of doing it. Notice all the hangers pushed to the side of the rack.

Well, finally I have some pictures to upload! We have been so busy with life in general, and I am still pretty tired toward the end of the day. We are all doing good and looking forward to welcoming the new little one into the family. I have to admit, I am a little nervous about doing the whole baby thing over again. I am sure that I will get the hang of it though. Baseball season has started and we had a busy first game for, David and Sarah. It doesn't help that they schedule the games at different times, oh well, we love to see them play. Enjoy the pictures and I will do my best to keep this up to date.

I feel so bad about not keeping up with the blog! I haven't been taking any pics lately and haven't really been in the mood to blog. I will get some pics up of the family real soon, I promise I will this time. For those of you who don't know yet, Dave and I are expecting a baby in September. That is one of the reasons I have fallen behind on the blog. I was really tired for a while and pretty sick too. I feel much better now and have a little more energy. The kids are doing great, looking forward to summer and the warm weather for sure. David and Sarah started little league last week. Dave is coaching David and Sarah is in tee ball for now. When she is 8 we will put her in fast pitch soft ball. Simon is devastated that he needs to wait for another two years to play. He LOVES baseball! I hope you all are doing well and I will put some pics up as soon as I have them. If you are wondering, the exact due date is Sept. 21 and we will not being finding out what the gender is. Just for the record though, I think it is a, boy. Just in case I am wrong, we do have a girls name picked out.

update

It's been a while since I have updated the blog, sorry about that. I have been tired and very busy lately. For some reason we don't have a recent pic of, David. So, for now this is it. The video at the end is so cute. Sarah has an incredible memory and can read from memory the books we read her. She is reading to Simon the book, Five little monkeys with nothing to do. I will have more pics to add to this really soon.

Christmas Day

I was a little behind on some things this week, with all the preparations for Christmas taking the front burner and little things like, laundry taking the back burner for a while. The kids don't mind this at all. As you can see, Simon is quite comfortable in this chair that is pile high with the laundry.
We had such a wonderful Christmas Day. The kids were very excited to see signs of Santa Claus having come to the house when they were asleep. The cookies were half eaten and the milk was gone, and of course he left them some presents. We have video of them opening their presents at the end. I hope you all had a great day and a relaxing one too! Enjoy our pictures. Happy New Year! David had a chance to earn some money this year to go shopping at his school gift shop. He bought me a very pretty ring and he bought Dave a, father of the year trophy. What a sweet boy!

The boys had a good morning. After we opened presents the boys watched, Monster Jam!

Then they went outside and did a little snowboarding.

This is the pork that Dave Bar-B-QED for the Christmas meal at Carl and Sue's (His parents).

Grandma had lots of presents to open!

This is Christmas Day, opening presents!

This is a video of the boys snowboarding.

Slumber Party, Birhtday and Christmas tree, Oh my!

Sarah celebrated her, Fifth birthday on the 8Th. We had a slumber party at our house with all the cousins. Trying to get, five girls to bed on time wasn't easy........so, it wasn't done. They finally went to bed around, 11:30. They had so much fun. We made pizzas from scratch and then had homemade cupcakes. They decorated them with pink frosting and lots and lots of sprinkles.

Simon really, really liked the sprinkles.

On Sarah's birthday, we had the family come over for cake and ice cream. Her cake was a, Sponge Bob theme. Sarah loves, Sponge Bob.

We cut our own tree this year. The kids are old enough to hike by themselves and enjoy it. We went to our good friends property out toward the old Skyline sledding area. For those of you who don't live here anymore and are familiar with that sledding area, they closed it and deemed it to dangerous to use. HMMMMM.........You think so. Anyway, He has a beautiful place out there and takes care of it so well. He saved us a tree and lead the way. We are standing in front of it in this picture. We brought it home and had to cut off about, two feet because it was too big to fit in the little farm house.

Sarah having fun in the snow.

This is the video of us cutting the tree.

I stole this from Julie's blog:-)

I love this picture that my sister in law took at Carl and Sue's for Thanksgiving! Grandma Ruth, I thought you would get a kick out of this picture, doesn't it remind you of the contrast between Kim and me??
